While we are alive at a time when it would seem we can carry the answer to any question or problem around in our pockets, there is nothing like the therapeutic power and transformation possible within a human connection.

So often I encounter folks coming to session looking for a fix or an answer, but real and sustainable change happens not only when we learn new things, but when we learn to let ourselves be witnessed, seen, and heard in our most vulnerable and unguarded moments. That only happens with relationship.
